The 2 paperback novels based on this series were good reads as well. 2016 UPDATE: Most recently, it was announced that all episodes of THE YOUNG LAWYERS which also aired on ABC in 1970 and was promoted in tandem with THE YOUNG REBELS would be released on DVD. So maybe there is hope for fans of THE YOUNG REBELS yet.
Sadly, YOUNG REBELS lacks the so-bad-it's-good quality of those two movies, the inherent entertainment in their cheesiness, although it is very similar in look and feel. Somehow, this one lacks the edge and subsequently is just a poor B-movie.
